Southeast Pools

We wanted a backyard oasis. We got that and more. From design to completion, Southeast Pools team members were professional, friendly, courteous and on time. If there was an issue, it was addressed promptly by the owner Jaime Martinez personally and directly. The weather did not cooperate, but Jaime communicated and kept us aware of the situation. When we changed our minds about a feature or wanted something added, Jaime was accommodating and gracious. The pool is cleaned every Monday at the same time regardless of the weather or other conditions. Gustavo does a great job without bothering us. Our pool is unique, affordable, comfortable and most of all FUN! We use it all the time. Thank you to Jaime & Southeast Pools. Please use them for all your swimming pool needs.

Professional and very helpful answering questions and assisting in the design. The crew was always on time and we were kept informed of any delays ahead of time. I highly recommend Jaimie and his awesome crew!! This was the only company that was able to do a turn key project and not requiring us to contract a third party to complete all the work. Jaimie met with us on the weekend to work around my work schedule. He managed the work being performed to make sure the project went smoothly and all of our concerns and questions were addressed.

We had a phenomenal experience with Southeast Pools from start to finish. After extensive research and meeting with several companies we decided on Jaime and his team for our pool build. We were impressed with Jaime’s responsiveness and attention to detail and oversight to complete our build ahead of schedule. He was on top of every step and his customer service was exceptional. I have been using Southeast Pools for some time now and I am completely satisfied with all aspects of their weekly pool service. They come when they are supposed to come or you promptly get an email with an explanation (this has only happened to me once). When they are done you get an email with picture giving you details of the service that was just performed. They are very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls and their billing comes via email and is easy to pay online. I would recommend Southeast Pools to anyone interested in weekly pool maintenance.
