Henry's A/C & Heat

I contacted Henry's A/C & Heat for the service at approximately 10:48 AM and a technician was able to arrive at my home by 3:00 PM. Isaiah was a pleasure to speak with; he was very knowledgeable, took his time, and thoroughly explained the issue. The service call fee was quite reasonable, and I will certainly be contacting them again for a new unit system replacement.

For the last three days, my AC had not been working. I called their office, and they sent over Daniel to assist me. Daniel spent two hours troubleshooting everything until he identified the root of the issue. Thanks to his hard work, my AC is back up and running. Daniel was extremely informative and efficient throughout the entire process. This was an excellent service.

Not only is he knowledgeable and well experienced, but he also has excellent communication skills, explained everything to me in an easily comprehensible way, showed me pictures and videos of all findings and helped to find the best solutions for my needs. Isaiah came to inspect our HVAC system. He took the time to go over the recommendations for repair vs. recommendations for replacement. We've decided on a replacement, and he was able to get us scheduled very quickly! We will feel much better moving into the summer months with a new system.
