Executive Concrete Coatings

I contracted Executive Concrete Coating in 2018. It was from word of mouth recommendation. Ray (the owner) came out and provided a comprehensive review of my very pitted and cracked garage floor. He cautioned me that the state of my floor could cause problems. In spite of how bad the surface was he said his coating process would do the job. And yes, it turned out very beautiful. However, true to his word over time, due to my very poor concrete floor, chipping and flaking did occur. But best of all his 10 year renewable warranty was as good as his word and he immediately patched and fixed the problem. However several years later chipping and flaking was occurring again. About 3 years ago I had my garage floor coated, I was not happy with the work from day one. I attempted to have Ray come and take a look at the job and he said he was to busy and if I wanted they could put another layer of poly ? On. I wanted him to look at what i was complaining about how the floor cracked and was very ruff pieces of the paint chips lifted up. So finally he sent some one to fix the lifted areas and the job was even worse. You could see lines.I've learned get everything in writing what a contractor says . I have a stamped concrete patio that I hired Ray and his team to clean and seal. The concrete was in rough shape; I had purchased the home from an owner who seemingly did not maintain it. Ray assured me that it would looked much better after he washed and sealed it and provided me with a reasonable estimate for service. I was, however, quite disappointed with the quality of the job and the customer service. I was away on business when my patio was sealed and upon my return home later that evening, I noticed the two "slabs" of concrete looked very different from each other. One was very "shiny" while the other was not. Seemingly, it looked as if 2 different people had applied the sealant to either slab.
