Executive Remodeling

We hired Executive Remodeling in the summer of 2021 to fully renovate the bathroom in our home. Both the quality of the work and the project management were disappointing, and we're still dealing with the issues. The project was done late because of poor communication and incomplete or shoddy work on their end. Several trades had to come back multiple times to fix issues. They didn't do the basic finishing of attaching towel bars, and seemed surprised and resistant when I expected them to install the medicine cabinet and shower curtian rod. We had a baby at the time and it was still the thick of the pandemic so the project was scheduled to wrap up before we moved into the house. It didn't. Working with Allison on the design side and Dave on the construction side allowed us to get access to skilled professionals during both stages of the project. Executive Remodeling recently remodeled our basement after an unfortunate flooding. Their customer service and remodeling work were outstanding. Allison was amazing in designing a new concept for the space, supporting us through the renovation materials and selection process, working with us on the insurance requirements, and keeping us on schedule. Ryan expertly managed the subcontractors and remodeling schedule, ensuring that the project was completed correctly, on time, and within our original budget. Both Allison and Ryan were easy to work with, responsive, communicative, and transparent. We are extremely happy with the final product and love spending time in our new basement. We will definitely be using Executive Remodeling for our next project, I cannot recommend them enough!
