This company came highly recommended from a friend so I was surprised when they seemed disorganized and lacked communication. It started from the estimate. No one showed at the expected time. I called and the owner came. We chose a date and he said he’d contact me about a week before install. Nothing. I contacted him and he said that his crew would be there on the date between eight and 830 and that he would double check with me the next day. No call. Morning of install, I reached out to him to double check that his guys would be here between eight and 830. He replied they’d arrive around 8:30. No one showed up. I texted him two times and didn’t hear anything. I finally called him and left a message. I didn’t hear from him until 1130 that day and he had no idea why his guys were not at my

A big thank you to Mike Bresnahan of Exeter Carpet Company. I had posted on the Portsmouth Facebook page that I needed someone to re-stretch poorly laid carpeting throughout my house. Mike was recommended by a few different people. I found him to be responsive, friendly, timely and he and his crew did a nice job remedying my carpet rippling issue. Highly recommend!

Exeter Carpet company was an excellent choice for my wall to wall carpet replacement in my house. Mike was responsive, helpful and punctual. His price was competitive, and, he was in and out with his crew exactly as stated on install day. Would recommend and would use again for carpet needs!

Poor performance. They did not show up as scheduled after numerous calls to find out if they were coming we got a text message that they do not have the right materials and will not show up. We are a business and made preparations to remove everything from the room. We asked for our deposit back and have not yet heard from them or received our deposit. Talked a good game but cannot deliver.
