I had them redo my flooring and replace all the carpet, vinyl, tile, and stair treads with a beautiful manufactured oak. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect flooring. Their demolition was insanely fast, as well as the installation. The person that installed the wood was a true artist and paid attention to the wood grain detail which truly shows with the finished product. It completely transformed the house. I love my floors and I also love that they don’t scratch at all, even with my crazy pup. I would HIGHLY recommend Exeter Decorating Center and I will be using them for more projects.

I paid a lot of money to have expensive carpet installed on our 2nd floor and one year later the carpet is falling apart. The carpet was installed in August and the fibers have never stopped pilling. I contacted the shop in Feb. and again in March with no response. I am so disappointed that we paid way too much for a low quality product but I am even more annoyed that the owner of the company doesn’t even have the courtesy to respond to my concerns! They won’t be getting our business again.

Everyone at the showroom is amazing. They are very helpful and are knowledgeable about every product they carry. You will not go wrong if you use them for your home or office needs.

Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. Our carpets were installed on time and they did a great job! Literally went through a snowstorm to get the job done!
