Experienced Movers

I texted yesterday their preferred method of contact. NO return call from anyone. Dealt with Shai Wilson. Day of my move, October 31st.. they lost all screws to my guest bed. I was told Shai brought some more. Never saw Shai a 3 hour move turned into a 5 hour fiasco. Cleaning and redoing the sheets.... I am missing screws and the bed is about to fall apart. This Liability is on you. HUGE.... fix this now or my attorney will be in touch. I DO NOT recommend these movers at all UPDATE... I called they want to push back. No screws in my guest room... 1000% on the movers. IF someone had slept or fell on this bed... hope you have LIABILITY insurance. Absolutely Outstanding Service!!!! I had a last-minute moving request, and Experienced Movers went above and beyond! Darriss arrived in less than an hour from the time I requested the service and handled everything flawlessly. My driveway is super steep, and my couch is ginormous, but he made it look effortless—carefully packaging my couch and dining table and arranging them perfectly in my new living room. No scratches, no stress—just pure skill and professionalism. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing lady handling communication and emails. Wow is what I must say. This company is how things is supposed to be. Very professional and outstanding packing work. I also Called the office phone to tell the owner how good they were. The Ops Manager is who answered the phone. She was so upbeat and well spoken. Customer service is what I look for in any business. Shy told me customer is extremely important to this company. So when it's time for me to mover out storage y'all will be moving me to Orlando. Thank you
