Expert Hardwood Flooring

We have used Expert hardwood flooring for a handful of projects over the years. DIY installation Vinyl floor installation in a new home 2 installs in our Office, one when moved in plus an addition baseboards and vinyl base Tile floor installation Henry and Johnny have been amazing to work with for all of it! We keep coming back because we know we are getting a great deal, we have options on flooring quality, and the customer service is wonderful. I honestly can't wait to use the countertop services. We definitely are loyal customers.

We are rehabbing a house and we bought wonderful flooring from here. Henry was amazing. And then we bought some bathroom flooring. That is also amazing. I can’t say enough about this place. Highly recommend recommended. Good prices as well.

Great selection, and helpful when we came into store. Price was good, we set up a beginning date, and the initial crew that came to our home were hard working and we were pleased with the first 2 days of work. The job was estimated to take 4 days. After the first 2 days many troubles with their warehouse order confusion cause a shortage of materials, changing personnel on the job created major confusion and delays, and at the end of day 6 there was a entry way that was still bare cement and many details that were very poorly done. After 8 days the job was done, and the details were corrected. We were not happy with the customer service and attention to detail!! Expert Hardwood flooring has good selection, did a pretty good job on our hardwood flooring but when it came to tiling our bathroom it was a nightmare. Our tiled bathroom floor was wavy to walk on, others that have been in that bathroom said they could feel it as well. We tried to get the owner Henry to come out personally to look at it, and wouldn't do it. He even hung up the phone on my husband once when we complained. We have spent several thousand dollars in that store. Most of the time Henry seems like a pretty nice guy, but we couldn't see eye to eye on that bathroom job! We are super disappointed in him. He sent his guys out several times, they never got it right. In my opinion customer service is horrible. don't care if they are the least expensive place in the state. NEVER AGAIN!
