The first time he installed my gas range and the second, he fixed a gas leak on my hot water heater. He is very knowledgeable and patient with me. He walks me through the process and gives me advice on the units he is working. The company has prompt, friendly service and has very reasonable pricing. Would absolutely recommend.

They were prompt in coming out to look at the issue but the repair person pretty much just sat there for 10 minutes and told me it was broken. He mentioned it was a “special order” for the door handle after days of not following up and wanted an additional 10 days after that for something I found on Amazon in just a few minutes. Very disappointed.

The specialist from this company did an excellent job when our Whirlpool appliance broke. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors for appliance repairs.
