The carpet work is very satisfactory. Great improvement - and after drying and vacuuming the treated areas look good. Dan worked hard and was very responsive and helpful. The upholstery work made a noticeable difference, but the end result was less than I'd hoped for. Maybe my expectations were unreasonable, but I wouldn't do it again. Best of all, though, was the getting started process. Linda was absolutely outstanding in her helpful cheery efforts to get the pricing established and the schedule set. Thanks, Linda!

I really appreciate how friendly Dan is. He always has high energy and a smile! The service that he provides is ALWAYS satisfactory! After he was finished I asked him to help with a spot I had forgotten to tell him about and he kindly came back in and cleaned it perfectly! So grateful!

I have used Mighty Clean for a few years and have them come out about quarterly (thank you dogs and kids). They have always been super responsive and scheduling turnaround is QUICK! Both techs I’ve had are friendly, professional, and honest with the job they are able to do! We have always been so pleased with the results and I feel as though their pricing is very reasonable. Dan called ahead to ask if he could arrive early. That was absolutely fine with me. He cleaned a sofa that I had used water on to spot clean when my dog jumped on it with dirty paws. Unfortunately the fabric requires a solvent and not water. It left a water stain ( all my fault). I was very upset with myself because it is a relatively new sofa. Dan was great. He tested an area first and we decided to go through with the entire cleaning. He did a great job. My sofa looks brand new. I would highly recommend Mighty Clean Carpets for your upholstery and carpet cleaning. Very professional.

The entire process beginning with setting up an appointment through the cleaning process has been excellent. Edward arrived on schedule and the cleaning process was thorough. He went above and beyond! Carpets look clean and refreshed. The service provided was well worth the work that was completed.
