EXPRESS FLOORS OF LOUISBURG

I have been debating whether or not I should post this initial review of Express Floors now or wait until my sales and installation are complete. I have never reviewed a business or a service before completion and pray this one doesn't come back to bite me. Here it goes. After having a major home improvement chain, for a second time show me that they are best at sales only and need to leave installations and customer service to the pros, I decided to try Express Floors for new flooring. Their service, response time and willingness to please, struck me from the time I spoke to Cassie on my initial call and request for estimate about 10 days before Thanksgiving to my flooring being delivered on yesterday, ready for installation on Monday. We had carpeting put into our home on Nov.10th. Being new to the area, I relied on a friend's recommendation to go to Express Floors. He did not do me wrong. I made an appt. with Adam, the owner and he came to my house to give me an estimate I gave him a budget to work within, and he made sure to listen and showed me the correct materials to work with. He was helpful, interested in my needs, and answered my questions. On the day, Erik and Damien came to install. The were so professional and did an excellent job. They also had to stretch the living room rug. They took their time and were so friendly. My husband and I had lots of laughs with them too. These guys installed flooring and granite countertops in my house. Worked around my schedule and did an outstanding job. Owner came to give me an estimate and was the only one on time. Very friendly staff easy to work with. Have them coming back to do two more rooms this week. Highly recommend them.

I must say I have happy with all the work Express floors had done at my house. I've had my shower completely redone wrap around tiled on the inside with matching tile floors. I've also just recently had my floors redone. The first flooring had a manufacturing defect. Adam called the customer representative and had him come out to look at the floor. Cassie kept me updated on the progress of the claim. Once the claim was settled I went into the show room and I picked out my new flooring. The install team were very professional and cleaned up after the job was finished.. I would definitely recommend Express Floors for your flooring, tile, and also granite needs.

Great too hire. Cassie was great too work with. Adam came through with an estimate and was willing to answer my questions and concerns. The moment of truth came when Andrew and Felicia showed up on time and started doing the job. Andrew seemed very knowledgeable and knew how to make the floor of this 1955 house look good.
