Express Sunrooms of Charleston

Express Sunrooms recently completed a complete refurbishment of my existing wood deck into a composite deck and installed an aluminum screen porch atop the refurbished deck. As a retired electrical contractor, I'm more familiar with the various construction trades and code requirements than the average homeowner. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and communication skills, level of professionalism and expertise, and pride of work shown by everyone in your organization. Especially my day-to-day dealings with the project manager, Jason, and his work crew of Javier, Guillermo, and Luis. These guys are great to work with and are an invaluable asset to Express Sunrooms. To say I'm extremely satisfied with the completed project would an understatement. Well done!

We had a great experience throughout the entire process of this project! Travis L. provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond for us from start to end. Chip M. managed a great and very skilled crew who completed the project in a timely manner and left the site better than they found it. They suggested things to make the driveway more aesthetically pleasing and the finished product is awesome.

His ability to pull together all the details, and form an accurate vision, then adjust sketches based on new info or preferences, was very reassuring to me.
