Start to finish was super professional and informative. called to just inquire and possibly get quoted, ended up not being able to choose another team, as the service was that great. Chad is who estimated my windows, He pressured me into moving forward when I did not want to proceed after the quote, but I was pressured and told that it was better to get it done now rather than later. During the estimate, Chad suggested green wood even though he clearly saw that my existing window frames are brown and that green wood wouldn’t match. I clearly stated that I wanted brown, and he said okay, yet without my knowledge or acknowledgment, white was put into the contract instead. The color I wanted was brown, not white, I will say it’s not 100% his fault I didn’t double check but come on I mentioned the color brown more then I can count. I was afraid of something like so that’s why I suggested brown multiple times. But props to the installers

We shopped around getting different estimates from many different bath/shower companies. JJ came over from Exterior Custom Solutions to give us an estimate on a new shower. We weren’t sure at first to have this company come out as we thought they just specialized on the exterior of a home, but we felt very comfortable with him. He built us a 3D model of a shower so we would know exactly what it looks like and when he showed us the price, we were very happy. They came out and installed a beautiful walk in shower that is surprisingly much more roomie than our last one. Very easy to clean. And very affordable. Go check these guys out!

I spoke with the team at recent home show. Chad came to our home and unlike a salesperson he showed compassion, went over windows in extreme detail. He explained exterior customs transparency demonstrated extreme professionalism along with a vast knowledge of not only the company they work with in depth but also every alternative saving us hours and hours of time researching. Thanks again Chad for being so attentive, knowledgeable and showing a desire to save us not only a lot of money but headaches, hassles and wasting time with salespeople. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. If you’re in the market and want to be treated like family don’t waste time call and ask for Chad.

We had a great experience working with Exterior Custom Solutions! They provided us excellent service all the way from ordering our door, to installation. What surprised me the most is how quick our door was put up on the day when the building crew arrived. Arne and Robby did a fantastic job removing the old and installing our new sliding glass door. I’m especially impressed of the finish work as well. I definitely rate their professionalism and craftsmanship a 10/10. These guys are the best!
