Terrible company would never recommend them to even a section 8 housing developer. Nothing about there shutters are custom! Horrible customer service l! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! They delivered 3D printed shutters and damaged my customers property and did absolutely nothing about it except tell me to contact the company they hired... i keep contacting AMANDA ans told her i was not satisfied with the response I got from her and said "I wanna speak to your boss someone higher than her" 3 days later she spoke for me and stated thst her boss said they would not give me the refund back. then I told them I wanted to return The un custom shutters then they want to robb you and charge a 35% restocking fee and make you pay return cost! I think they are crooked BE CAREFUL I WOULDN'T ORDER SAMPLES FRO

These guys were suggested to me by my entry door contractor. I ordered the color samples, received them in 2 days. Went ahead and ordered the shutters, they were shipped one day later than originally promised. Decided to reuse the original installed brick wall anchors and ordered screws, got them in 2 days. Everything was fine with product. The website could use a little help with ordering and tracking orders. For what I paid and what I got they met expectations.

The panels on the back of the shutters are pressure sealed. On each of the two shutters, the seals had failed on the entire side or length of the shutters. The customer service rep said the manufacturer claims they will be fine once installed. Not the quality I expected for the price we paid. So sorry I didn't read reviews before purchasing from this company.

I ordered shutters July 1st after reading good reviews. Later I searched them & seen they were in a UPS building & had bad reviews so I tried to cancel my order. They instead shipped & to my surprise they were just fine. Decent quality, plenty of same color screws, correct sizes & color ( sage) so with the Holiday weekend I got them within 2 weeks well packaged too. They are a middle man but I could not find the color I needed anywhere else .I'm glad they did not cancel my order because I'm satisfied with them. Perfect timing a roofing company was here putting on our new roof & installed the shutters for us. I hope this helps anyone considering buying from them. One review on here they do not even carry what he is talking about. I know how important reviews are as I own a business & these
