We have had the product for almost 2 years with no apparent clogging. But ice dams are forming more easily, making it more important to clear snow from the leading edge of the roof, which the company cited during installation. Today they offered me a free inspection of their work, which was really an attempt to have another company to sell me a new roof, not appreciated.

Fantastic customer service. The original install was very good. Had a couple issues because it was a bit complex. Just had a big downpour of rain and one gutter was not functioning properly. They crew was here the next day to resolve the problem. Where do you find that kind of service today.............Gutter Helmet!

Gutter Helmet of Northern Arizona installed the Gutter Helmet system on my roof last Spring; the job was completed in one day on my relatively simple but large roof. I had been looking for anything that would keep pine needles out of the gutters. When a strong wind blows in October the gutter cleaning services are usually backed up for weeks or months, often long enough that the needles become encased in ice and can't be removed until Spring. The system amazes me - when rains wash needles from the roof all the needles fall onto the ground and all the water pours out the downspouts. I have wanted this for nearly 20 years.
