Worst customer experience ever. If I could give a negative star I would. Was charged for a service that had already been paid. When called to discussed, was hung up twice by a very rude employee who refused to provide name or transfer to a manger and then refused to answer the phone and let it go through to the answering service. While the company supposedly opens at 8 am, by 8:20am no one was in the office but the one rude employee who refused to do her job. Would not recommend this company to anyone and will report it to the BBB.

Wow. I was blown away by our technicians (John) customer service. He was efficient, friendly, and understanding to our issues. He had to come back because we were not there when he got to the site and was very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend.

Absolutely awful customer service and service techs. They do not show up when they say they are going to. DO NOT allow them to do auto pay! They charge you when they do not show up for work. I asked for explanations and they had nothing but very poor excuses. I tried to get a service person to come out to my house since the previous was not showing up, they told me 2 weeks was the soonest. When the day came, once again, they never showed up. Called the office at end of the day and was told different excuses and that they would have to send someone else in a few days. This company is awful to deal with. In the past when they did show up it was not good service.
