Extreme Equity Construction was amazing in helping me rehab my whole property when I purchased it! As you can see from the photos, the yard was completely overgrown, the kitchen and bathroom were outdated, and all the flooring and paint needed redone. Extreme Equity Construction helped me achieve my dream first home in this hidden gem of a property! I could not be more grateful to have this great company by my side as a first-time homeowner!

Apparently the owner who commented on my review is misinformed about my project. And keeps blocking and deleting my pictures and posts of what really happened. Now I understand this is my perspective however what she has commented is simply untrue. First thing is all items were supposed to be on hand before the project was even supposed to start. The first shower finish I was interested in took 3 weeks to come in so I found some tile that I liked better and it was cheaper and in stock at Home Depot. This was the end of August when the contract was signed and was told plenty of time for the items to be ready for a start date of 9/15/2026. You were also told we were looking to hire out because we thought we would be quicker than my husband doing it. However the project didn't start until

Hired to do a bathroom and was told probably 2 weeks, was over 6, was lied about having the materials before starting the project, and didn't get what I wanted, lied about several other things as well. Messy and chaotic are fitting words. Things not done right and things not finished and now I finally get to take a shower and there is no hot water. Unbelievable that this company is still in business. Do not hire
