As promised the detection fee was wrapped into the repair work, which was ultimately done with minimal drywall damage. Stay away from this company! I had water in my house and needed a leak detector, got ahold of ez leak detection and they sent out John. While here John kept assuring me he is vague in his reports intentionally not to damage your insurance claim, and specifically told me his job isn't to report where water is coming from just if it's not coming from plumbing/ pipes.
