F-1 Sand & Gravel

I have used F1 Sand and Gravel for all my landscaping projects as well as building an RV pad and driveway gravel. The drivers are skilled and were able to place the materials exactly where I needed them, saved me lots of time and energy.

Sadly, not a good experience. I had them come out and give me an estimate for my driveway, $6,500 and they said “give or take.” I responded, okay great “I just don’t want any surprises at the end.” So we agreed. We try to be very wise with our money and pay cash for things. F-1 guys were able to come right away, which was great.They worked hard and got it done in the day. They unfortunately delivered multiple different types of gravel mistakenly but it was fine, but here’s the kicker, the end of the day Mike said we owed, $12,200! I nearly wet myself. I couldn’t believe this was the first time I was hearing this! We didn’t budget for that and I thought even if it was a little over budget it would be around $8,000 not nearly twice as much! Mike the owner is awesome and so skilled with the truck. I have horses and a small place to dump and he dumps half and half somewhere else he does such a perfect job. He's amazing, timely and so professional. Five stars for sure!!

I called to get an idea of a price for driveway gravel. I have a 56ft by 15ft gravel driveway, I purchased 8 cubic yards of 5/8minus gravel. He came within the hour and dumped it evenly down the center of my driveway. Only took an hour to rake and tamp. My new driveway looks awsome! Just over $350,very affordable and convenient!
