F & D Construction

We had a wonderful experience with F&D once our project started. There were some hiccups and delays with the start date but our foreman Tony promised to make things right and he pulled through on that with straight up communication and quality work by his team. We had some pretty major structural work done on both floors of our home that included a bathroom gut and ceiling raise and a sun porch conversion, plus a complete exterior re-side. This was completed in less than 4 months. The guys who worked on our home were awesome people and respectful and we'd recommend them to anyone.

The F n D Construction Group were stellar! I needed an old completely ceramic tiled bathroom including floor, walls, and ceiling, gutted to studs and floor replaced in areas, changed up pipes, electrical, drywall and window. And some wood finishing pieces in other areas of house as well as old cement double basin and hot water tank in basement replaced. Brian, the owner, listened to all my concerns and we came up with a Plan. Steve S was the lead worker on site and his input and experience greatly appreciated! Man of much worth. Josh D his associate and helped keep the day flowing smoothly. Tony, Project Mgr, was always flying between jobs, but made time to answer my texts and messages. I would definitely hire this Group again!

We contracted with F&D to do a full gut renovation of the first floor of our house which included living room, kitchen, family room, half bath and staircase. We couldn't be happier with our decision and the result. Each and every person we worked with was professional, knowledgeable and kind. The crew showed up early every work day and stayed a full 8 hours. Even the project manager came almost daily. Our job was done in record time and we missed our crew when they were finished. I am happy to recommend F&D. Our home is both beautiful and functional. We have the staff at F&D Construction to thank for that.

F&D was amazing from Brian coming out and providing us a quote, Tony from project managing and often stopping by to check on progress. Most of all to Dave & Brandon who were the best team. Very professional, extremely polite, and great craftsmanship. We highly recommend F&as for any home projects big or small. We have two more coming up!

F&D did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. It involved the removal of a weight bearing wall, extensive plumbing, and electrical. Our intricate woodwork on our 100 yr old home was replicated perfectly. The workers were true craftsmen and pleasant to work with.
