F.d.Neal Construction completed repairs on both a brick retaining wall and the underpinning of a corner of our residence. As homeowners we feel that this work was a major undertaking. The entire crew was extremely professional and courteous. Access to our lot was difficult, with equipment and supplies having to be brought in via our neighbor's yards. Not only were we very satisfied with communications and the result of the repairs, our neighbors also expressed pleasure with the way they were treated. Both Fred Neal and the crew supervisor, Frank, did a fantastic job of explaining progress as work progressed. Our thanks to everyone who worked on this job !

TJ installed a new smart thermostat for us in minutes. He made an extra effort to come out to us during a busy period when our heat pump was down, in the middle of a snow storm. Great work, TJ!
