Lowe's Home Improvement

Went to purchase some items at this Lowe’s for the most part employees are really helpful and nice. On 1.10.26 they had some hot wheels and Barbie cookies on sale they had six boxes left 3 of each so I asked the manager on duty yo purchase 1 box and I was told that they were for the employees. I thought that if customers didn’t buy sale items by the time the store closed then it was fair game. It was the afternoon when I inquired about the cookies. I was left shocked and in disbelief that she wouldn’t sell me the cookies. This is the Lowe’s reservoir rd Woodstock Va 22601. This employee should probably remove here emotions when dealing stock that doesn’t personally belong to them I hope this Manager can get the necessary training to best serve Lowe’s customers.

The store manager, Mr. Juan Esteban, was knowledgeable, professional and patient. I had some problems regarding an online transaction. I went to Lowe's at Woodstock to seek help. Mr. Juan Esteban checked each step of the transaction process with me and resolved the problems. A big thank you for all your help!

Our dishwasher went out the week of Thanksgiving. I ordered one online on Thanksgiving day to take advantage of Black Friday specials. The estimated arrival date was about a week away. It was not ideal, but I accepted it. The day before it was suppose to arrive, we got a call saying the truck had broken down and it would be on the truck the following day. The next day they called again saying it once again was not on the truck. After 11 days, it finally arrived (at 7am and without a phone call this time). We did not opt for installation so it was left on our porch so we could unbox it and bring it in when ready to install. I have never seen anything like it. I could swear that there are more employees than people shopping, but yet you have to find someone to help you. I guess I am just spoiled from HD. They are just always asking if you need help. I went to the counter and 2 employees just looked up like I should be just standing there. I wanted to say no I don't want anything I just thought I would stand here looking at you two . So after 3 employees and still no help. Finally we just got a cart and checked ourselves out. I guess customer service is long gone, replaced by what you get today. I really want a HD I'd never be here ever . Probably the cleanest and most organized Lowe's I've ever been to. Staff was also nice. Easy parking and access too.
