Huge Thank You to Austin with Patriot Heating & Cooling. Kind, courteous and professional throughout the entire process! I called this morning at 8:00 after losing heat last night and by 11:00 Austin had us up and running again. He didn’t even bat an eye at having to walk all the way up our ice covered disaster of a driveway with all of his tools strapped to his back (my apologies Austin). I called Patriot to schedule an appointment. I stated that I had some commercial HVAC design experience, but not residential. The person scheduled their installation manager, Jordan, to visit my home. Jordan didn't perform any measurements, counts or ask any questions necessary for Manual J calculations, which is the standard for HVAC design. When on site Jordan suggested a furnace roughly double the heating capacity with ducting that would move half the CFM of what Manual J calculations indicate. I communicated this to him. Jordan's response was that he'd only been doing this work for four years. Jay, is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was able to diagnose and make the repairs without any problems.

We were having issues with our boiler, and it stopped running. My husband called the biggest company in Billings to help with repairs to get it running again. In the meantime, we were using small heaters throughout the house to keep our house warm. Needless to say, after three weeks, they were still not able to solve the problem and get it running again. My husband Scott then called Patriot Heating and Cooling LLC and spoke with Jason Linday, the owner of the company. Jason was amazing and an expert with boilers! He was able to get it running temporarily on the first day he was here! Jason was able to find one part he needed in town and then ordered the other one from out of town. This is our first time using this company. Austin, was a very respectful and knowledgeable worker, with a great personality. He came out and helped us when we had some issues that need to be checked over with our system. We really appreciated the knowledge he shared about routine maintenance that would help our system work more efficiently, and the quick availability they had to come look at it.
