F + F Mechanical

Recently made a call for HVAC unit not producing heat. Tech came by and notified me need new heating coil. He was at my office for maximum of 1hr and informed us he would order part and then follow up for repair. See the invoice below, 3 hrs for $551.99. He proceeded to sign the work order himself in place of one of the business owners. When we called to complain was given shady explanation about travel time, calling vendor etc. Complete rip off. Make sure you monitor time arrived and time leave if you use this company. Only reason they got one star is because zero isn't an option.

I was a satisfied customer at Airtech for 7 years before F+F bought them. The first 2 years under F+F things slipped just a little bit. Then both of my central air units had major issues at the same time. On Thursday, they promised a quote and a call to schedule the work maybe on Friday but definitely by Monday morning with excuses about why it might take 2 weeks to get the work done, as we entered a heat wave. On Tuesday At lunch they promised the quote by the end of the day. Called again on Thursday, no call back. The following Monday I had someone else come. They did the work on Tuesday and Wednesday. It’s 4 weeks later and F+F still hasn’t bothered. Guess I know who’s got my business going forward.

Their employees think its okay to vandalize other peoples property and get away with it.
