His prices are very reasonable. carpet came in even before expected and install was fast and the installers did a wonderful job. We love the new look and very pleased with our experience. Norm is very helpful and extremely knowledge and carries a large selection. We asked him a question which he wasn't sure knew the answer, but he was quick to call the manufacturer and get back to us.
