Poor driving and fail to clean snow off of van, causing issues for others.

Do NOT hire this company! My mother called them to fix a clogged sink. They showed up for 30 seconds. He plunged the drain once. His assistant didn't even have time to put his tool bag down and he handed my 84 year old mother a bill for $185. Does a plumber need to get paid for his time? Of course! I'm all for a professional getting paid for their time...But $185 for 30 seconds of work for a woman on a fixed income is gouging...pure and simple. I called their office twice to get a clarification on the invoice amount and got zero response. They apparently believe the residents of Reading Woods are their personal ATMs. You can bet she'll me or anyone else first next time. Unless you have money to throw away, stay away from these guys.

not sure about their plumbing , but their driving needs improvement. Just had someone in their marked van speed up by me as I was crossing a street, really bad.

Excellent service from start to finish! Always keeping the work area clean. Highly recommend.
