F & L did excellent work for my water heater replacement. They gave me a very competitive quote, provided the exact model water heater I wanted, showed up early to begin the removal process, and had the new unit installed very quickly.

They did a site visit to provide a quote for a septic system on May 3. I never received the quote despite being told I would receive one. A couple of weeks I followed up with a couple of calls and emails seeking an update with no response. Two months later (06/24), no response and no quote. In that time I received 4 other quotes and made a decision on which company to use for my project. Everything worked out for the best as I couldn't have imagined how the project would have gone based on their lack of follow up. Based on my experience I definitely cannot recommend this company. Once again, these guys came out to our home and fixed another plumbing issue. We live in an older home that has had several plumbing problems due to tree roots and F&L has always been professional, on time and friendly. Thank you for another job well done!

Great experience with F&L plumbing. The team was great to work with and willing to talk and "educate" whenever we had questions. The team was also very timely and the quality of the work was excellent. Worth every dollar!

F&L replaced our hot water heater in 2011 and that was a great experience. Yesterday the heating element failed. They came out within 30mins of our call. We were prepared for a hard upsell to replace based on the age but to our pleasant surprise they said it looked great otherwise. They fixed the heating element quickly and we have hot water again.
