Excellent customer service from first contact! Took the time to meet with me, answer all questions and concerns, and with choosing the shingles. They did my entire roof in one day, which I was extremely impressed about. My gutters are cleaned out and the rod looks beautiful- my house looks completely refreshed and new! Zero trace of anything being done around my yard- they cleaned up everything so well. I would highly recommend. Best prices and customer service, by far!!! THANK YOU FS!

I was not looking forward to trying to find someone to replace my roof. Just by chance, a former co-worker mentioned this company had replaced his roof and I’m so glad he did! Martin came out, took the time to clearly explain everything and even helped get the loan process started. He kept in touch every step of the way and made me feel welcome to ask any questions at any time. Their office people are also very friendly and welcoming. The work crew showed up early and finished the roof in just a little over a day, it was amazing how quickly and efficiently they worked. They were friendly, hardworking, and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend this company. We had our roof replaced on our detached garage and repairs done on the roof of our house. Jesus Flores, the project manager and salesman, was very good. He took pictures of the roofs, showed us, and explained everything he saw. On the other hand, there seem to be some communication problems within the company. When the crew came to do the job, the boss of the crew seemed to only know about the roof replacement on the detached garage. He seemed to know nothing about the repairs on the roof of the house. He did make a repair to a spot I could remember because it was an obvious spot on the edge of the roof. I called Jesus Flores and he apologized and made arrangements to come back and look at the roof again. He did and all the repairs were eventually completed. We are happy with the job on

Some of the issues I had with this company: Contract said we’d be notified before materials were delivered, came home and found them placing pallets of shingles on our lawn unannounced. Crew seemed to be unsupervised. Left gaps in the drip edge. Left nails in the driveway. Days of unanswered text or calls. One day the crew showed up and left with out work, the crew chief was unaware of them being on site. Nice people, but poor communication and attention to detail. Update: in their response they asked me to reach out to them: I called twice during business hours and left messages and heard nothing from them.

FS Roofing was great to work with. Every team member I interacted with was responsive and knowledgeable. The crew who did the work, did a fantastic job!
