The crew that came out to template was professional and precise, the installers did amazing work, and the designers and office staff were so friendly and helpful. I have used them for a pantry countertop, an office desk top, and soon to be a kitchen remodel! I have even asked them to create a unique gift for my mother that will give her more counter space. They accepted my idea, my newspaper template and got right to work helping me bring my idea to life! I will NEVER use anyone else for my countertop needs! I cannot express how satisfied I am with this company and my new counter tops! Very Professional. Up-Front pricing (no last minute curve balls). Great selection of surfaces and sinks. A friend of mine recommended Fab Unltd. I'm so glad she did! . I initially contacted Emily the 2nd week of December. My new tops were supposed to be 12 weeks out. They were installed on the 8th of January! Finally, the two gentlemen who did the instal arrived exactly when they said they would and knocked out the entire job in under 4 hours. Want to let you know that my quartz installation was superb. My realtor friend was here visiting from Michigan and said she has seen so many quartz countertops and this was the best she has ever seen. She gave them an A+ and so do I. We had been doing some DIY projects on our home this summer but we had to reach out to the professionals for this transformation. We have never had solid surface counter tops and our kitchen desperately needed an upgrade. We wanted to britghten the space without breaking the bank. Fabricators Unlimited was our first choice and they were amazing to work with! Lisa from their showroom was patient and never pushy to close the deal. We were able to take home samples… and more samples until we decided on the look we wanted. The gentlemen who came out for the templating and final installation were professional, courteous, and kind. So they quoted us a price and send a plan for confirmation. The countertops received were 1" longer than the contract signed. These were shipped across the state, so they had to be sent back. No big deal I told them to cut off a 1/2" on each end of the countertops where they attach. They only cut the 1" off one side. So then the clamps didn't line up. Cost me a lot of time and money. The cuts on the miters were not great either be prepared to fill them. Conversations with Tony there weren't satisfactory as he always made up excuses as to how it was not their fault.
