We initially chose a floor from factory direct but backed out to look at other flooring. We thought we should look around and see if there was something better. After 4 weeks and multiple stores, we came back and chose the same floor we had chose initially. It was very strong, affordable and looked amazing. Janet was very helpful in helping us decide, she personally called different people and inquired about concerns we had about certain floors and whether or not it could stand up to all our kids. She returned calls very quickly where other stores never really seemed to know or care. We installed ourselves and the 10 mm hybrid floor we chose took a lot longer to install then we expected because it was so sturdy and durable. It pains me to post this, the installation process is a joke. They broke my brand new baseboards marked up the rest of them, and when I asked him about the broken one, he pretended to not notice it’s clear that he hit it when he was working and didn’t wanna own up to it. Also, when they first showed up, they brought the wrong pad, which wasn’t the one that I paid for so they went to exchange it and I’m pretty sure I still don’t have the right pad that they installed that I paid for because it did not look anything close to the same one in the store. Also pretty sure they subcontract their work out to private individuals little to no professionalism. It pains me to post this because I was going to do the rest of my house so now I have to try to find somewhere else that carries the same carp
