The Fairways team is very knowledgeable especially with the grass in this area. My backyard was a desolate mud pit with terrible topsoil after the septic drain field was replaced before we moved in. After 2 years with consistent applications our entire yard went from meh... To a hearty and resilient green that does well in harsh draught or rainy seasons. I secretly enjoy mowing now (or at least the aftermath) being able to look out over some pretty stripes.
