A rare find!! This is the 3rd time we’ve used Landgarten for our HVAC needs. Each time, they’ve been responsive (within minutes), prompt to arrive, friendly, do great work, do it quickly, and their pricing is transparent and reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I have vetted five other HVAC contractors for the conversion of our heating and air conditioning to highly efficient heat pumps. Out of those five we decided to use Landgarten Heating and Air Conditioning. During Dave's visit for an estimate I felt that he was extremely competent, honest, and fair. We explored a lot of options and he never tried to upsell me. Though other HVAC companies can sell you the same equipment, the installation and setting up the equipment properly is most important. We are happy that we have chosen Landgarten and will continue to going forward.

Dave is Fantastic, calls back, follows up and did a great job on the installation of my Bosch Heat Pump. I called 6 places including my oil company about replacing my Air Conditioning Unit. Dave got back to me right away, gave me the option of getting a heat pump to save additional money on heating oil and explained how the high efficiency unit would pay back on my investment. I got a proposal and he installed the new unit and removed the old system. I have a smart thermostat I am still learning how to use, a new lined chimney to be up to code and a SUPER efficient heating and cooling system. It is November 15th and my oil burner has still not turned on. Normally I use between 1,000 and 1,500 gallons of oil in a season to heat my house at $3.00-3.50/Gallon. Do the math!!! The unit

We scheduled an appointment with David regarding our 25 year old a/c unit, which stopped working after Labor Day weekend. Dave sent a technician whom diagnosed and replaced a part. We're back in business till we make an a/c unit replacement in early 2026. Thanks Landgarten HVAC
