Maytronics used O’Neill and Sons for my in-warranty Dolphin vacuum repair. I shipped the item out and it was delivered to them on Monday. I got home from work on Tuesday and it had already been shipped back. That is phenomenal! Thank you!

My dolphin robot cleaner was not working. Took it to O’Neal and sons drove over an hour they checked it all out found out. It was the power cord replaced the power cord I came home and my power supply box wasn’t working, but it worked on they were there so I took it back. they looked at it. He said it was working and then they said just give him a new power unit. They were very nice and had my unit fixed within 15 minutes. Will definitely use them again.

I first went to another company to get a power cord replaced on my pool vacuum, and after waiting for over a month with no results, I was lucky enough to find O’Neill and Sons. They replaced the parts on the spot while I waited, it took less than 10 minutes. Great service, awesome people, and a huge relief after my earlier experience. Highly recommend!

My ~4yr old Dolphin stopped working. It was out of warranty. Maytronics c/s was not very helpful, but their repair request web-form spit out the label with the name/address of O'Neil & Sons. It was nice to read positive reviews and to call and speak to a knowledgeable human over the phone. I did not make an appointment, was planning on dropping off and then waiting to hear back. I stopped in early Monday morning a little after they opened. The gentleman ran a diagnostic test in less than 10 minutes, had the replacement motor in stock, and was able to repair & test the unit for operation in the next 30 minutes. $365 and under an hour and I was out of the door with a working robot again.
