I HIGHLY recommend Faison Plumbing Plus and will use them again in the future!!! I was having issues with a leak and a horrible smell under my kitchen sink. I spoke with a nice, professional young lady named Courtney. She was able to get me an ASAP appointment. When the guys (Adrian and Landon) arrived they were very professional, patient, knowledgeable and hard working. They explained to me what the issue was and what they would need to do to fix it. I agreed to the quote which was very reasonable and they fixed the issue within 2 hrs. Thank you so much Faison Plumbing Plus!!!

HIGHLY recommend Faison Plumbing. They are responsive, efficient, and fair. I had a horrible experience with another larger company re: the issue I was having where they diagnosed the issue incorrectly and was going to charge me an astronomical amount of money. I then called Faison referred from a family member for a second opinion and Thomas from Faison came out early the next day. He told me what was actually happening (explained it so I understood everything) and the pricing was more than fair. Go to them for your plumbing needs. They'll definitely be my go-to from here on out.

my experience with my technician,Tony was outstanding. I had been without water 11 days due to improper repair. Tony was very knowledgeable and was able to repair the damage that had been done From previous plumber and restore my water. Thank you Tony and faison plumbing for being able to get to me the same day I called. Faison will be my go-to plumber hopefully for life. My contract with American home shield is over. They did not fulfill their duties with me.

The company is very responsive when you have an after hours call. The work they did was completed in a timely manner would recommend for future jobs. 4 stars

My hot water was not working. I called a large company first and was told I needed a new tankless water heater at a cost of $5,000 My neighbor recommended Faison Plumbing Plus for a second opinion. Thomas arrived shortly after I called. He quickly let me know there was sediment in the filter and cleaned it out. It has been working fine for 2 months. I highly recommend Faison Plumbing Plus!
