They showed up late, did sloppy work, and left electrical issues unresolved. I had to bring in another electrician to fix their mistakes. When I called to complain, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Would not recommend – save yourself the hassle and hire someone else.

My husband and I live in a rural area in the Eastern Sierras of California. Our power company, Southern California Edison, contracted Faith Electric to replace lines in our neighborhood. They were AMAZING! I call them "Electrical Magicians" as all the electricians were competent, quick and incredibly courteous. What a fantastic company!

Awful! Wanted lighted address numbers hung on my house. They didn't follow manufacturers instructions and drilled holes into my house, then said "oh no that doesn't work." So then drilled more holes into my house and hung the numbers crooked. So now I am having them take it down, patch the awful holes and I am looking for a new electrician.

This company is a nightmare if they come to your neighborhood. And the "supervisors" are trained to deny the damage they cause instead of correcting their actions. They routinely violate the hours on their county permit for their temporary "storage" yard, causing awful noise in a residential neighborhood early as 5am and as late as 10pm 6 days a week with reverse sirens on their heavy trucks, offloading equipment, and a crazy hydraulic forklift that they use to bang metal things together creating crashing sounds that shake the whole neighborhood. They graded and drove their trucks all over the private greenbelt that belongs to the neighborhood HOA because they couldn't turn their trucks on the narrow street and now refuse to claim responsibility or fix the damage.
