Seymour Scott owner of Falcons Remodeling, parent company Property ProFix. I engaged the services of Seymour Scott for a home renovation project in September 2022. Unfortunately, Seymour has not delivered on his promises. His conduct was unethical and unprofessional. As of 4/11/2023 my home looks like dump site. My complaint centers on several issues, including poor workmanship, project delays, and inadequate communication. Despite paying Seymour $6,000 cash plus $1,434.66 Home Depot credit (materials used on someone else project) he has not completed the work. Seymour has also been unresponsive to my requests for updates and explanations, and I have been left in the dark about the status of the project. "BEWARE! Do NOT use Seymour & May Scott for any contractor work. I gave him an advance payment to remodel my kitchen, and they completely disappeared. I have tried calling, and emailing multiple times with no response. They have left me with an unfinished project and have taken my money. This has been frustrating and disappointing experience. Save yourself the headache and find a different contractor who is reliable and trustworthy.
