Terrible customer service! The customer service rep that answers their phone is terrible. We called to inquire about whether this company rented or sold a specific product and he replied, ‘Not interested.’ And hung up. Not sure how this company remains in business with level of communication skills and lack of service. Apparently he’s NOT interested in making money or doing any business.
I went to the store looking for 4” pipe and some fittings for a project I’m working on. The gentleman was very helpful and got me all fixed up with everything I needed!
The owner was very rude. I have a service dog,, and he said he didn't care.. I will never go there again.
Nice supply of plumbing parts and supplies. Very accommodating to your needs.
