Brian was very friendly, punctual, informative, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and helpful. The thick carpet he helped me pick out not only looks terrific, but it is the most comfortable rug imaginable! It's awesome to walk on! The installers did a fine job putting it in. It was very helpful and practical that Brian came to visit the house multiple times so that I could show him things, ask him questions, and put samples in various locations. I'm glad I went with Family Carpets.

Brian lied in a reply to my yelp review stating that he never no showed. I do not appreciate someone lying about their business to try to make excuses to look better. He sent to reschedule notices because of him not showing up. And yes I did call you to tell you to stop lying on social media because it's not right and not fair to other people that are interested in your company. STEER CLEAR!

I am delighted with this company. They installed carpets in my home many years ago and the carpets still look new. They recently installed carpeting in my office which looks fabulous. The installers were very professional and did an outstanding job. I have already referred many other people to this company and everyone has been very pleased.
