We’ve used Jay multiple times already. There have been times I have called and explained the problem and he’s told me how to try to fix it myself first to save me money, and he’s also come out and fixed plumbing very affordable compared to other plumbers. He’s an honest guy who does a great job.

I contacted them for getting my refrigerator fixed. Jay diagnosed the problem within a matter of minutes and explained what the problem was. He was very informed and super nice. Very reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend!

Called on Tuesday. Was supposed to show up on Wednesday never did show. I called back,was supposed to show up on Thursday didn't show.called again said he would be here on Friday no show again. SO I call again and he promised me he would be here at 9am Saturday, and again no show .Terrible business with even worse communication. Never calls to say he won't be there.

Excellent. Informed tech. Answered my questions and explained everything he was doing. Showed me the worn part. Very comfortable with him.
