Famularo Construction made our dreams of having a pool a true reality. Chris and John went so above and beyond in working with us, answering our questions and making sure everything was a perfect fit for our needs, property and budget. When construction began John and his crew were so incredibly detailed, hard working, polite, respectful, professional and kind to my children and family. They were so knowledgeable and meticulous with every measurement, and worked like a well oiled machine. Brenda handled all of our inspections, warranty information, and more. They connected us to amazing concrete and fencing, and treated us like family. I truly cannot thank Famularo Construction enough for making this lifetime dream a reality. Pool cracked on install. Tried playing the blame game between them and Latham pools. Then acted like he was doing us a favor by “fixing” the crack in our brand new never used pool. The crack is covered in a white plaster that he said would match the color when dried. Wrong. Came to open the pool this year which is salt water and added all the wrong chemicals and chlorine. We had to have another pool company come correct his negligent error. Left a mess after “opening the pool. Would never recommend.

Family members pool was installed last year. Never given instructions on how to run the pool! Shoddy work that didn’t pass towns inspection! They don’t respond. Still waiting……..
