Farnell Carpets

Extremely disappointed! We had this flooring installed 5 years ago. Within a month one of the transition pieces cracked down the middle. Within a year we started getting cracks at the tip of the stair treads. Then the risers started to fall off when we would step on them. Boards coming up from the floor. I called them over a year ago to see what could be done. They said they would get in touch with the manufacturer and get back to me. Never heard back.

I love dealing with the employees at Farnell. They are not pushy, they have get products. And very are very reasonable priced. They do amazing job at installing the carpet. I love how friendly everyone at Farnell. I highly recommend Farnell!!!!

These guys are awesome! They have replaced the carpet in my home and the product and installation was perfect. We went to their warehouse to choose the carpet, which was not easy since they have such a big selection. The team there was great to work with. They let me come back so many times and get sample after sample. I highly recommend this team.

We recently had Farnell's do more than 500 square yards of carpet in a nearly 7,000 SF home. It was a HUGE project. Chris and the team were awesome to work with. The price was great and we are thrilled with the carpet. We were remodeling the house at the time. They held the carpet for us a few weeks. They then came out and did sections as each area was finished. They were very accommodating. The installers were really nice, very fast and clean. The work is top notch. I highly recommend Farnell's if you need carpet.

We had Farnell's come install LVP and baseboards in December of 2020. Before they completed the job there were scratches, missing pieces and holes in the LVP. The cuts on their saw left sharp pieces of LVP splintered and sticking up on multiple ends which injured two children (superficially). They came back and added the missing pieces, cut the sharp ends and then brought us filler and taught us how to fill all the issues. As you can imagine, I was upset that we hadn't even moved our stuff in and there were multiple issues. On top of that, the baseboard corners looked awful (and they tried to come back and fix SOME of those while on the wall with a sander ... leaving scratches in the flooring surrounding the baseboards). The cuts around the corners of the LVP were not great either.
