I am pleased to report that my experience with this company has been overwhelmingly positive. Following the replacement of my front doors with high-quality products and the subsequent resolution of minor issues, I can confidently attest that the company adheres to its warranty and provides exemplary customer service, with representatives consistently following up after project completion. The technicians demonstrate professionalism and respect for clients' properties at all times. I highly recommend this company.

We hired FAS to replace our front door and our garage door. The doors themselves are great, however, the installation was lacking as well as the finishing on the frame. The finished were not cleaned up, there are pencil markings left behind and no painted, the installer broke tile in our entry way and we were told we had to do the caulking and painting over of where the nails were driven in to secure the frame. If we are doing that work- why am I paying for it? It felt unprofessional and unfinished

I was really appalled with the quality of the work that was done when my new windows were installed... especially when you are talking over $12,000! The corners did not match up, the caulking looked like a five year old did it. I almost feel like I was taken advantage of being a woman over 60. I would not recommend this company to anyone that I care about. Yes, the company did come back out but I still do not think the quality is great. Very disappointing. I really think the original owner and his son would also be disappointed in the quality of work that was done

They gave me issues since day one. From the salesman who stopped answering my calls when he made a mistake to the guys that had to make repairs. Had 2-3 service calls after installation and there is always a mix up with the office and technicians. That last technicians that came were unprofessional, one didn’t speak and didn’t even bother putting on shoe covers when he entered my home. Total lack of respect! On top of that, they left the seals they had to replaced on the floor. I had to throw them away myself. I must just say…when there is an issue, they come right away to fix it, but I do not recommend this company. I was always skeptical of if I would ever use them again, but the guys who came here last time sealed the deal.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. No high pressure selling. Respected my needs and budget. My sales representative, Drew, is awesome. The installation team left my house spotless. They covered all the furniture and wall hangings in the room, and ran a shop vac continuously to prevent dust. I highly recommend FAS.
