Excellent company , great communication. Installed the 12 year Rheem performance platinum water heater. Technician Jay did a really nice job, he was very professional and informative. Beautiful new water heater and peace of mind. I went through Home Depot to purchase a new hot water heater. They contract with the Fast Water Heater Company.

Charles did a wonderful job. Very quick and very professional. I highly recommend him. As a bonus, he's also our US Army Veteran so we can't thank him enough.

We had a great experience getting our water heater replaced by Chris! They were very communicative from start to finish. Got us in within a few days at our desired time. Sent us texts to confirm and called when on their way to our home. They then sent a picture of our technician so we knew who would be arriving to do the work! Five stars all around! I had a very disappointing experience with Fast Water Heater Company. The technician, Richard Egge, came on December 22, 2025 to repair my water heater and charged me $380.71 for a diagnostic and replacement of a water sensor. Less than three weeks later, the exact same problem returned (flashing lights and alarm). When I contacted the company, they refused to provide a no-charge re-inspection unless I paid another service fee, claiming it was a “different part,” without even checking the unit. As a result, I was forced to replace the entire water heater. This service was ineffective, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company.

Our Technician was so helpful in replacing our Water Heater Tank. Everything was explained thoroughly. The work looked great, and was done in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable as well.
