5 days out from moving our water heater went into catastrophic meltdown and was leaking. Jose with Fast Water Heaters arrived about 90 minutes after we made phone contact. A couple of hours later, we were back in service. Very clean and professional installation.

Outstanding Job by both of the Employees at Fast Water Heater Company! I talked to Kyle on the phone right after my water heater tank had cracked. He very clearly explained the process of what I needed to do and what he would take care of. On my first free day he had scheduled a service for me. Josh was the technician who put in the new water heater. He called a half hour before arriving and was right on time. He quickly diagnosed a pressure problem with my main water pressure valve, replaced it and professionally installed the new water heater. He was personable and took time explain details of the install and also give advice on how to make my new water heater last longer.

Had a technician (Devon) at my home within an hour to replace a failing 22 year old hot water heater and do a small repair on a connecting pipe. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Plus, I was able to use the Home Depot 12 mo. Same as cash option! Will recommend to others!
