I am so impressed with ProShine SoftWash! First off, the pleasant woman at the office got me scheduled with Jordan right away. They were very flexible with my schedule. Jordan was very personable and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions. When I was given a quote I was offered several options. I changed my mind about which services I wanted, more than once, but ProShine was very accommodating and adjusted based on my needs and budget. Maintained consistent communication from the time the services were requested, an estimate for rain gutter cleaning was provided, and through the entire work process. They were prompt! Showing up when they said they would (On a SUNDAY, EVEN!!!) Pete and Karl went above and beyond what was expected. Very clean, very thorough and very professional! We met the ProShine team at the Portland Home and Garden Show and although we had been using another soft-wash company, we decided to give them a try. We have been impressed at every step of the way. Jordan came out and looked at our property and explained the services he recommended for us. We worked with Monica to schedule the work and she was courteous and very professional. And, today, Pete came out and cleaned our driveway, walkways, paver patios and deck. He did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier! His attention to detail is impecable, from blowing surfaces clean before starting, to taking pictures of items he moves, so he can put them back exactly as they were.
