They handled the entire process smoothly from start to finish, keeping me informed every step of the way with timely updates and related documentation, so I never had to wonder about anything. Jake, service technician and assistant (5 of 5 Stars) - They were efficient and did a great job of servicing our septic system. Office staff (3 of 5 Stars) - I had email and phone contacts. During both contacts I asked what the cost would be for the service. Should have been told upfront - not when the service tech came out to do the job. During the phone contact, the office staff wanted credit card information, even though we were established customers and paid by check (if you pay with a credit card there will be a 3% surcharge added to the service provided). Also, she wanted to know information about our septic system and tried to upsale to a pumping service, even though this was done 3 years ago by them. Goodman Septic was great, from Alyssa getting everything set up, to Jake and Jonah doing the work. I found them by searching good reviews and they are five star for sure! Easy to work with, nice people. We had the tank pumped and the inspection. Jake answered all our questions during the process. I highly recommend Goodman, six stars if I could. TY Jake and others.

As routine maintenance, I had Goodman Sanitation pump out our 1000-gallon septic tank, which was installed 5 years ago. My technician was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He scoped the drain lines and left me feeling relieved that all was good with my septic system. I highly recommend.

We needed a septic system repair. The technicians that responded were very knowledgeable and professional. They came fully equipped to pump out my system and had the tools and parts to make the system work properly again. I must say the whole experience was amazing considering the amount of work it took to get the system working properly again. They certainly gained a return customer!
