In the past Fayette furnace has installed two HVAC units in this house. Including the latest one. Furnace went out during the super cold weather at the end of January 2026. I called them and they said they couldn’t come out today, but they will be there tomorrow. 1 PM the next day came and I called them because I haven’t heard from anybody. The phone rang and rang and rang. No answer. 20 minutes later I called again the phone rang and rang. Finally answering service picked up. I told him someone supposed to come out and fix my furnace today but I haven’t heard from anybody. He said he’ll pass the message on to them. Never did hear back from them it’s been two weeks later. I posted a review in January which seems to have mysteriously disappeared. so, I thought I would help out and re-post it. I did get a response at the time but they conveniently neglected two of the central issues I had including: if parts have to be paid for up front, who paid for the bad part they installed that morning and most importantly why did I have to pay an additional labor charge when they came back to install the replacement? Scheduled the annual service on our DuraStar ductless system that Fayette Furnace installed in '24. Tom was very professional and polite, gave us tips on how to operate the system most efficiently, gave cleaning tips, and cleaned up after servicing. He didn't even mind our dog Luna shadowing him around! Job well done!
