Fazio Color Shop

We had our house built a little over 3 years ago. Our builder used Fazio’s for the flooring. You couldn’t pay me to have Fazio’s touch our floors again. We had LVP put down in the whole house and it’s absolute junk!! Screws are coming up through the floor, cracking it and causing it to split in nearly every room. They did a horrible job on our stairs. We complained when they did them and must have pissed them off because they left dried glue all over the stairs and landing going to our basement. Also, the tile job in our master walk-in shower looks like something an 8th grader did. All of the spaces are uneven and the tile wasn’t even sealed. RUN far away from them. Save yourself of having to replace flooring within a few years.

Watched one of their vans smash into a car at the Kroger on Derr road then tear off. Reported to store manager and local authorities. Manager also reports they have had run ins with an individual driving a van from this business that was stealing from the store. Would never associate myself with this business or support them with my money.

The Fazio Color Shop owner and staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They treat small projects the same as larger ones. Chuck Fazio and son Chris have become friends for over four decades. I encourage anyone to seek advice from Fazio's on your next home project.

I have used Fazio Color Shop for 30 years. They have it all from top of the line for my home to basic for rental properties. Paint, carpet, draperies, new tub and shower, they can do it. Chris has always made things right if something didn't go just right on the job. Highly recommended!

Poor Customer Service! Will never use again. They re-scheduled our SCHEDULED installation days twice, causing us to delay our move by a week! And only called us the morning of install to re-schedule. Carpet install was very poor. One room was about 1/2 inch from tack strip. Their blade sliced our baseboards and were supposed to come and repaint, but didn't. They scratched my wood floor as well. The owner seemed very callous and unconcerned.
