DON’T PARK HERE! Echoing what the other review posted - same thing happened to us! We entered the garage expecting to pay $20, the rate that was posted, and when we get back to the car to leave there was a new sign put up while we were gone saying $75 and that is the rate our electronic ticket charged us. There was no parking attendant to dispute it with, so we had to pay $75 to exit. Shady business practices to say the least!

I would give 0 stars if possible. This parking facility is located below an apartment complex. I went to visit a friend who lives in the complex and stayed for less than two hours - expected to pay $10 as advertised at the entrance. Upon exit, my ticket was for $75. Attendant said that this was the “special event” rate, as it was a game day at Audi Field (I left about 4 hours before game time). At no point before or after entering was there any notification of an ongoing special event. It’s hard for me to believe that this is even legal.
