The signage doesn't accurate reflect the pricing that they charge and they have the most horrendous customer service. I asked for the $5 amount that I was overcharged to be refunded and they refused. I asked for the contact info for the CEO or upper management but they refused to provide it. If you park here, you'll just get charged whatever they feel like at the time.

DO NOT PARK HERE!! The staff instructed me to park in a space ensuring that no one would park behind me. When I returned, my car was blocked in and I couldn’t get out. The staff attempted to squeeze my car between a pillar and the car blocking me in as I screamed for them to stop, clearly seeing that there would be a collision. Next, they looked as if they were going to attempt to push the other parked car out of the way! Zero regard for people’s property. After another patron arrived and drove out, they again gave awful advice, now directing me to the exit (again a tight squeeze between a pillar and a parked car) resulting in three scratches to the door of my vehicle. The parking lot is overcrowded, poorly managed, and the staff don’t know how to direct and manage the parking for eas

Always park here when visiting & seeing all the sights. Quick 7min walk to National Museum of African American History and Culture & ALL the food trucks and. NEVER had an issue with vehicle or staff. Plus the 🚻 are nice & clean.

Staff was super friendly. The one guard even moved his personal vehicle for us so we didn't have to drive our suburban too far since it is a little tight for large vehicles. $18 for all day. Was a little surprised when they first asked for ID and to have me open the back hatch. But then explained they were gov building.

Nice garage, high level of security and 6'5" height. Was a quick walk to Spy Museum and Big Bus Tour. Garage closes at 7 pm.
